I've had XP Home Edition for about 3 months (and working fine for 6 weeks, but that's another story...!). I have a 40Gb HD with 3 partitions - system, apps and data. Every boot, chkdsk runs on the f: drive (data), and every time there are no errors. Norton Disk Doctor also finds no errors. Shut down seems to be normal every time. This is driving me mad - any ideas?
Thanks

Rick
