chkdsk doesn't finish because there are too many files

Hello all,

I have a server with a 1.4TB Volume and over a million files. I know that I have corrupted files on the volume, when chkdsk runs it stops and gives a message that there are too many files. Does anyone know of a utility that I could use to clean up the volume?

any help will be appreciated. thanks
