Chit Printing

I recently had an electrical issue that has required replacing a remote printer. The remote printer is at my bar and has stopped printing chits even to the default back up. It is still printing guest checks, server checkouts, payment functions and things of that nature - but no order chits ... We are running Aloha 5.3.34e (I know, it's ancient -- please don't judge :))
Any advice on solutions would be greatly appreciated
