I am laying out a package design in Illustrator 9 for a client who is exporting to China. The client has provided me with a Word document that is half in chinese and half in english. I have figured out how to get the characters to show up in word, but i can't get them to show up in Illustrator 9 they just come in as ?-marks and symbols. I need to convert them into outlines for my layout, but I have no idea how to get them into illustrator. Thx
