Chinese CF Project

Hi all,

Ok, so I do have an opportunity to build a Chinese Web Platform and I would like to do it in ColdFusion. As I have never built a Chinese website before, I am a bit at loss, with what I will have to consider, before I start developping. I've seen that there are threads concerning problems with Chinese characters, but non of them seem to tak the issue through. So, if you could lead me in the correct direction, that would be great. I will be using CF 7 server and a MySQL database.
