CHESE/sekr Callback problem/ how to delete callback

Hello

I have problem with callback option that is not possible (from time to time) from secretary phone.
Another phone can do callback.
All phones in system has change sbcsu cbkmax to 99.

for now solution is delete chese group and secretary phone.

1. Is any possible to delete waiting callback from COMWIN ?.
2. Why only secr. has this problem

In which scenario, callback option is not possible (from time to time) from secretary phone?
1. someone calls directly secretary number ?
2. or someone calls BOSS number and as it is normal, calls arrives on secretary phone first, she does not answer and initial caller leaves a callback for BOSS

For second scenario should be work a designed (normal behavior).
Secretary should not be able to delete callbacks when calls are for BOSS (even if calls arrives on her station).
 
Hi

Callback from secretary to another phones.
when we try to send callback from station that is not in chese group to same phones, it was OK

form time to time - it means - customer has signaling problem about one/two months
I think, buffer with callback is full or something like this, (delete chese/stn clear a buffer)
