Accpac ERP500 V5.4 SM=SP2, AP=SP2
Database is Pervasive.

When printing a cheque (check) i GET THE ERRORS
Field 'ADVICEFORM' is not a valid field name ds.DSBKPRFUN
Field 'CHECKFORM' is not a valid field name

Forms in bank are set up correctly and cannot find such a field.

Any ideas

Open that check in Crystal, point to your database, and select Database Verify.

still the same.
changed to another standard report, same.

Well, ADVICEFORM and CHECKFORM are indeed not valid field names, they exist nowhere in Accpac. I don't know where they're coming from.

Are you using one of the standard AP checks: APCHK01.RPT ~ APCHK03.RPT?

I tried the standard reports but the same error comes up. I will check it again. It was late last night after a 400km trip as well.
They use EFT2000 which uses its own reports to generate the EFT file. I will also see if these are in that report.

There must be something else going on here. Third party add-ons, like Cashbook? Other programs that use Crystal?

OK, got it fixed.
Turns out that file BKPRFUN.dll was corrupted. I copied mine over to the client system and it now works.

Thanks for suggestions. Without them would never have got on the path to find this.
