If I understand the question correctly,
KSMDP:MDN=ALL;
CDIDP
IR=ALL;
would most likely be the first step. But this is far from the ultimate answer to your post.
I would do some manual processing, for example in Excel, or use database tools I write for this. The two tables from the commands must be joined, etc. If you are interested, maybe mail me, and if we do work out some solution I will post back here.
