We are having an issue with checks not posting. There is no "rhyme or reason" as to the dates, amounts, vendor, etc. We have found over 30 in the past month -- so far. We aren't receiving any error messages. Sage is telling us that packets are dropping on our hardware side. Has anyone experienced anything similiar?

Hi Itcurtis,
I've not seen this with MAS90, but I did see a similar problem with AccPac Accounts Payable, losing transactions. With AccPac the checks would print and post in the subledger, but never appear in the G/L. This also appeared randomly.
The problem was with RealTec (sic) NIC's. These cards would "lose" packets. The most interesting thing about this problem was that the NIC card DID NOT need to be attached to the A/P workstation or the server.
