I made this pic for my boss so i can explane it to him, but i dont know if i did it correctly.

Is it possible to connect to all the servers, (including new york)
or isn't it possible at all?

Jostytosty, you need to be a little more specific. Connect to all servers from where? Anything is possible providing you through enough Cash and or creativity at it. It's all a matter of Routes and Rules, what does your boss want to be able to do?
