I recently became responsible for firewall configuration. I had no login/password info for the box so I plugged into the unit with a serial cable and rebooted the unit into single user mode. I managed to use the overpw function and reset the password and set up ip's etc. It then said I could do further conigurations via Voyager. So opened a web browser and typed in the unit's IP address but nothing comes up. PLEASE HELP. I can ping the unit, and everything is plugged in correctly but no web interface. Also when I tried to do the overpw command again it only says your password has been reset and gives no further info. Please help a novice.

Thanks!

You need to setup your laptop/desktop network IP. So if you Nokia box is on let say 212.10.10.1 you could set up you laptop/desktop interface to 212.10.10.2. With that set, and a crossover cable you can then connect to the Nokia and get the challenge box up so you can then log into the Nokia via Voyager and complete your config.

Good Luck
