checkpoint at startup disrupting log shipping?

Hi There,

i had a dr node setup which was recieving transaction logs.

the ls_alert started alerting at 21:19 last night. there was some work being done on the server at the time and the application vendor restarted the instance.

i can see in the log that a checkpoint was run at startup:

"Recovery is writing a checkpoint in database"

would that be enough to break to backup chain and disrupt logs being applied to DR?
