Can anyone help? I want to build a checklist form. The form I want to build will have 15 different text boxes pulling from the same control source. I have built the form. When I place the cursor one of the 15 boxes and hit "Ctrl-F" to specify which record I want in that particular box, every box changes to that record. Basically, I am wanting to show only 15 records, with all of them being different.

You cannot (without a tremendous amount of coding at least) have fifteen copies of a bound control display different records on the same (non-continuous) form. Change the form so that you only have a single copy of the field you want to display and change the form's Default View to Continuous Forms or Datasheet.
