Checking Voicemail Remotely 1

I would like to know how our receptionist would go about transfering me into my voicemail box when I am away from the office and calling in to check my messages.I know how to do it when AA picks up, but our receptionist answers the calls during hte day and I am unclear of how to go about accessing my mailbox when she answers the phone.

If see doesn't have a Transfer To Voice Mail button, she can hit transfer 777. Once the voice mail connects, hit *7 and proceed as normal.
