Hello,
We have a centralized CCM (8.6), Unity, etc. All other sites check their voice mail across the WAN but regular phone calls are made at a local PRI or T1. Yesterday there was a WAN cutover with our provider and while network traffic appears fine their voice mail is now horrible. The voice mail comes in superfast and it’s all choppy so slowing it down does not help at all. What is involved if I wanted to make them check their voice mail over the T1/PRI rather than across the WAN?? I'm going to have them try and call the actually voice mail number # and see if that works until this other issue is resolved. Thanks
