Checking the webproxylog Table?

Hi All

I need a Script (VB) to check within the 'Webproxylog' table (of the latest 'ISALOG_<yyyymmdd>_web_000' database) to determine if their is a value within the 'ProcessingTime' that has exceeded 30 seconds.

Any suggestions \ resources?
Any help much appreciated!
