Is it possible to remotely check what keycodes are installed on a system by using the system ID? Or is that only available through an authorized Nortel distributor?

Not sure what you mean.
To see whats activated by key code you can look at the BCM via Element Manager (yes dial in) but cannot see the actual key code or an authorized vendor can view what the system has activated via Nortel KRS system.
Feature 9*8 is another way to install key codes...it may show whats intalled also.

Authorized Distributors can resolve System ID's to keycodes installed using a Nortel website called the Keycode Retrieval System.
