Checking Phantom Ext's Mailbox 2

Does anyone know how to check a Phantom Extension's mailbox from inside and outside the office? In Basic Mode

In the office, dial 778 instead of 777. Outside of the office, make a selector code on the auto attendant, typically *, do a Transfer to Number, and pick Voicemail Collect.
