Good morning ,

How do I check what is connected to a particular PEN?

For example, 1-1-4-13 how do I find out what is connected to this?

Can it be checked in Direct Ammo and Openscape Assistant?

Thanks,

Eric

In assistant, open up Configuration Management > System Data > Board > Board. You'd break it up... LTG 1 LTU 4 SLOT 13 and hit Search.

LoPath
Maintain HiPath 4000 V5 & V6, OpenScape Xpert V4, OpenScape Xpressions, OpenScape Contact Center V8, OpenScape Voice V9

You can use type=PEN with SDSU and type=STNO to search by PEN or STNO. That is also the way you can see if the station is in use, not connected to the system (TRS), or marked defective by dependability (DEF or DEFIL). If a phone shows up as DEF you need to deactive and reactivate is using RES-DSSU and following the prompts for station or PEN number.

For example pen = ( 1-2-25-0 )
write command DIS-SDSU:ALL,,PEN,PER2,1,2,25,0;

OR for example extinsion number 5643

DIS-SDSU:ALL,,STNO,5643;
