Checking patches are applied on Brightstor r11.1 1

Is there a way of tell when the following patches have been applied
Q063594 (sp1)
Q064538 (security hotfix)
- the updated routines in the release notes appear meaningless especially for SP1, as they refer to files that you use for the install not what it actually updates.
Does the build number change with SP1?

Build number updates to 3100 from 3060 for SP1.
