Is there anyway to find error messages which occurred on a switch about three days ago, even though the switch was reloaded?

Thank You

Not unless the switch was configured to log to a Syslog server or send SNMP traps to a SNMP receiver.....

There are various free Syslog servers & SNMP trap receivers, even whole management applications. I suggest you write this one off as a bad experience and sort yourself out some management.

Thank you for your suggesting and help.

Depending on how long ago it was you might want to try the "show logging history" command. Tho SysLog is def the way forward for future.

Well your logs will be erased on the switch on a reboot unless like AD said, you are running a syslog server. I use 3Csyslog if you want to give that a whirl.....
