Checking if another dll is running inside a dll.......plz help

hello,

Is there anyway I can check if one dll is currently running from another dll. I am using VB6... In summary I want to check if another specific dll is running , if it is I want to exit from the dll I am starting to run.. Both dll's are sitting on same machine and both are compiled and worked fine individually....

If some one can give the code example it would be great.
