We use Sharepoint to store technical drawings of our various products. We would like to automate a process, in the middle of the night, that would go to our Sharepoint library and check to see if a specific set of drawings has been updated during the day. I have found where I can add a field to the library where I could put an indicator to say that this is a drawing to be synchronized to our storage folder on another server.
Is there a way to check for that field and copy the file to our storage folder? Is there a function within Sharepoint or I have also considered trying some VB script to check the library?
Thanks for any help
