Anyone know if it is possible to find out what Remote agents have been installed on the hosts/remote servers?

I am running Bex 9.1 and most of the remote servers are 2000 server.

Thanks.

Boydie1122,

I believe the only agent that ever gets intalled on remote servers is the remote agent (either Windows or Netware). All application agents ie: Exchange, SQL, Lotus Notes etc get installed on the BE media server.

Cheers

Is it possible to find out if the agents are installed on each server? For example we have a Bex 9.1 and 8.6 with over 100 server agents between them, it would be interesting to find out from the 9.1 media server which hosts had agents without looking at each server.

I did knew the Exchange and SQL agents were the same as the win agents but are the Advanced Open File agents?

Thanks,

Nathan
