Checking available ports remotely

I am dialing in to my Norstar MICS DR 5.0 system using Remote Tools. I need to program a new phone, how can I tell what port/DN is available to program and wire to?

Maybe I missed something but I know you can program remotely but how do you "wire" a port remotley. If I could do this I would be working from the house in my pj's every day. :)
