Checkboxes

Hello,

I am trying to pass variables from my checkboxes to my .cgi script. I see that the checkbox, provided with the Flash UI components is a movie clip where I can only edit Label, initial value, Label placement, and handler.
Do I have to assign variables with actionscript? Can somebody please help me how!

trace(my_checkBox1.getValue());

my_var1 = my_checkBox1.getValue();

A Boolean value indicating whether the check box is selected (true - 1) or not (false - 0).
