Can I get a checkbox to stay within a cell. The option is greyed out on the properties box, but is there any other way to do it ?
At the moment it just goes out of alignment when a row is resized due to data entry.

thanks Regards,
Graham

I am assuming that you are working in Excel?? Its its Word, I can help.

excel it is.
thanks anyway Regards,

Graham,

This might be a workable solution...

Format the cell(s) using a font which contains a "checkmark" character. One such font is "ZapfDingbats BT". Once formatted with this font, entering the number "4" will produce a LARGE checkmark, and number "3" will produce a SMALLER checkmark.

If you want to "go this route" and can't find a suitable font, let me know.

VERY workable Dale - thanks.
Should have thought of it .....!

Graham
