Checkbox Checked with Enter Key

Hello,

How can I make a checkbox be checked when a user tabs to it and presses Enter rather than using the mouse? If this works then I wouldn't I have to somehow make it so that using the enter key didn't do the same thing as the tab key? Any great ideas to allow checking a checkbox without using the mouse?

The user should only have to press the spacebar. It is already built in. If you test other Microsoft products, you will find that is the norm.
