There is a way for people to view all of your source code of your ASP pages if your server hasn't implemented measures against the following security problem.

If you go to your site, lets say " and then tag the command '::$DATA' to the end of your URL, the page will be served up without executing any code or includes, if this happens on your site, View the source, and you'll see the problem.

Microsoft knows about this, and they provide the solution at the link below:

If you ISP doesn't know about it, you need to forward the above link to them.
