check which user has a file open

Hi,

I’m looking for an option to see which users have a specific file open. Eg file.exe is open by user1, user2, user3

It’s the same as you have windows 2003 server – computer management – open files – accessed by.
I would like to do the same but then in foxpro.

Any solutions?
