Supposing that a subscriber is good about recording daily greetings and out-of-office greetings, if I am listening to a message in my mailbox that I want to send to that subscriber, how may I listen to that subscriber's greeting while still in my mailbox so that I can determine whether to forward the message to them or not?

I know that I can touch HOLD, dial that person's extension and listen, but is there a way from my mailbox options to listen to another subscriber's greeting?

Can't be done from inside the mailbox. If they are good about recording the greeting then they would be good about checking VM. So why would it matter.

Or make them setup notify so they can call in and hear it.

I've been away for a while, just saw your response, Ken. Thanks for the confirmation.
