Hi

Could you please till me how i can check my VPN speed?

Thank you

In any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing. The worst thing you can do is nothing.

Best way is to transfer a file (with a known size) across it and time how long it takes. Then do the math to get to kilobits/second. Of course, it will still only be a ballpark number since the VPN will be affected by internet congestion, number of users, time of day, etc.
hope this helps.

Don't forget as well that upload and download speeds are not the same in consumer broadband connections that are not asymmetric.

So transferring a file may take as much as 5 times as long as it would downloading that same file.

Dude.. get some software like NETIQ, you can use it to perform some serious bit stuffing excercising.... Solar winds offers some useful bandwidth gauges that can help you too.. they have some real great tools ..

I would recommend you to read on.. check this link
