Check SD card & license?

I got a customer who has no backups and the system is now defaulted and they lost all configuration. I checked the SD card for the config and has just a default config. The people who installed the system are no longer in business. I got them up and running but only in Basic mode and they swear they had an essential license.

The SD card number is 1327399232
