Check Printing Problem

One of our AccPac users gets garbage characters when she tries to print checks. The AccPac version is 6.5 running under Windows 2000 proffessional (and previously Win 98), with a Canon BJC series printer. We have tried replacing the computer, printer, operating system, and printer cable; as well as changing the Parrallel mode in the system BIOS. Short of replacing this user who has been with the company a long time, does anyone have any suggestions.
