Check Printing on Windows XP

Help!

I upgraded the controllers PC from Windows 98 to Windows XP. Now she is unable to set a custom paper size when she prints checks to our Panasonic KX-2023 dot matrix printer.

In 98 she would select custom paper size and enter 835 width 700 length.

XP does not have that custom paper size and all of the tech docs that tell me how to set one up do not work.

Anyone got advise?

consult your printer manufacturer for an appropriate driver

sounds like the xp driver doesn't have the functionality that you require for custom paper sizes
