Currently one of our window objects is checked out by a developer who is no longer with our company. How do we get the object checked back in. Is there a way to change my settings to appear to be that user?

Depending on which SCC tool you are using you could either log on using the worker's id (have your network admin reset their password if you don't know it) or connect with the person's id within SCC.
