I am installing Good Link for mobile email on a new server, as I already have it running on the old server. I need to use the same exchange user account for the MAPI profile that is used on the old server, but when I type our exchange address in, and the user account of GoodAdmin, and click "Check Name", it doesn't resolve.

I have checked and the account is not hidden from the directory, and it is the same account being used on the old server. I am able to resolve other names, and other accounts in exchange, but no luck with this one particular account.

Any ideas?
