Check my site Please-if frame loaded question

Anyone. Please check out my site. I have an if frame loaded then play action in the beginning for the main, portfolio, and services buttons. It should load and go directly into the movie, right?
For some reason it seems to load and then the user has to hit the button again to get it to go.
???? anyone recognize this problem??? Please check my site. Its located at

Keep in mind, its in progress and is my first site.

By the way, although it still works in some cases, the ifFrameLoaded is deprecated! Regards,

In the movie to be uploaded which is a separate swf. I have an if frameloaded,83 then gotoandplay,2. In frame1 I have the R1 loading graphic. Is there a better way of doing this??? Please help.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

you should use:

if(getBytesLoaded() == getBytesTotal()){
    gotoAndStop(2);
}
