Check for logged in agents, send to closed prompt

How do we send callers to a Closed prompt when there are no logged in agents?
In Nortel world it was "If Logged Agent < 1 then execute Closed"
Not sure how to accomplish in a Subroutine.
A schedule block won't work as we have agents working sometimes on weekends when we have events.

Agent Group/Agent Skill Group setting: "Queue Callers To Group When No Local Agents Are Logged In and Present". When set to "No", the path/queue will overflow past that agent group and then follow the path settings for what to do next, either overflow to the next agent group or follow the "Path Unavailable Answer Point" routing if no other agent groups are available in the path.
 
I used the MiVB terminology, if you're looking at this from YSE, it's "Queue callers to this group when no agents are logged in" under "3300 ICP Options" for the Agent Group, and "Queue unavailable answer point directory number" under "Voice Options" for the Queue, assuming the Queue type is "Path".
 
can do a queue check if its being routed to the path via the IVR
add a queue tool and then set whatever parameter you want to check
idle agents
agents available
agents unavailable
avg time to answer
act time to abandon
call load
expected wait time
longest waiting
number of calls waiting
pathdnd
path unavailable
service level

if check matches do this
if not do that
