I have developed a File Encryption Program. I want my Encrypted files to be tested by someone who can try to Crack it, and check its Encryption Level.

Any idea. There is always a new solution for the same problem.

I think you should publish the encryption algorithm here and then there could be a discussion on it. The main feature of a good encryption system is : The Security must completely be put in the key and not in the method - like RSA, IDEA or Diffie-Helman. Otherwise it makes no sense to talk about.

All the other things are a question of Implementation.

I agree with Hnd. Paradoxically, there are no secret cyphers in the private sector. Unless you publish your algorithm and allow the IT community (and the government) to debate its relative merits, nobody will give it serious consideration.

The Tek-Tips General Security forum might be good place to begin the dialog. (Not necessarily a good place to publish the full specification or source code.)
