Check email history of an agent Email enabled whithin IPOCC

Dear all;

is it possible for an agent Email in IPOCC to check all history of his incoming/outgoing emails by using his User Interface tool (like outlook) ?

is it possible for an agent to receive the same email in the IPOCC UI and his third-party Email client on the same time (for example his outlook client) ?
