Check domain controller health

We have recently upgraded our domain to Server 2008 from 2003 R2. Other than checking the event logs and running Netdiag/DCDiag on the servers what other things can I check to make sure that the upgrade went well and the DC's are running as they should?

It says Applies To: Windows Server 2008 R2, we only have 2008 SP2 DC's.
