Is there any possibility of creating a check box within a table to display as a format.

Thanks
Andrew

Hi there, first you would use the yes/no data type in the table design. Then in the properties of that field, go to the display control property under the look up tab, and choose the check box option.

Dawn,

I put yes/no under format for the field. This did not give me an option under lookup for a check box. Am I doing something incorrect? Thank you for your help.

Andrew

seashore67,
If you click inside the Display Control area of the Lookup Tab, you can change it to Check Box, Text Box or Combo Box.

Thank you for your help....I was doing something incorrect and I have now figured it out.
