Check box sort

Hi Everyone,
I've recently started using Access and I have a question about sorting by text boxes. I've built them and want the client to check the responses that apply, and then be able to sort by them. I can't do it! there is a data error type. Any ideas on how to make this work? I'm kind of new, so be gentle.

You can't sort by text boxes? You can sort by the data that is displayed in the text boxes if they are bound. That can be defined in the form RecordSource property.
