Check Box Not printing on Report After Importing Revised Report

My problem: Check Boxes are not printing on an Access report. In fact, when I do a print of the query table, the fields containing the Check Boxes no longer print.

I created a new table containing Check Boxes and they do not print.

It appears like some global Access setting is preventing the printing of Check Boxes (and other controls?).

Any suggestions?
