Hello,

I want to be able to hit the enter key and have the check box in MS Access show the checkmark, as opposed to clicking on the check box only. This check box is located on a form. Any suggestions about property settings or how to do it in VBA will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Z

Would you try hitting space in stead? Since this is the usual Windows shortcut for selecting/deselecting checkboxes, perhaps use that?

Also - there are seven fora dedicated to Access - check out the forum search at the top of the page.

Thanks for the suggestion Roy, although the Tab key is strictly used as such in my form. In fact it is used to navigate between text boxes using the Tab stop property. I will go ahead and check the other forums that you mention.

Space - the big thingie at the lower end of the keyboard, not tab ;-)
