Check Box FP/Access link

Building a web based form moving input to database (Access). Placed several check boxes. Can only get them to work if I give the box a value of 1 with Access "Data Type" as Yes/No. Access shows a check box no problem but can't get the confirmation page to show Yes or No. It will show 1 for yes and nothing for no. Is there any way to get Access and FP on the same page?

if you use an "IF" statement then it might work
example:
If MyVal = -1 then
Somevalue = "YES"
Else
Somevalue = "NO"
End if

Then put "Somevalue" where you need to
