Check Box, Events and Forms.....

Hello

I have the next problem, I am doing a form whith text box and radio buttons,I need fill some fields when the user check the box, but I can't use events due to the fields(are HTML fields) are in the form TAG and those doesn´t show in the script on line, my doubt is how can I do this without use the events to check box?
