Hi,
I've search the forum and find several topics about de Aux0 and so on but i could'nt find a solution for this issue:

We have Aux1 as "breaktime" to separate it from the Aux that is forced by the system=Aux0. It's forced f.e. when you make a transfer.
The problem i see is that an agent can login and stay for minutes in Aux0 and we won't see it in the Aux1 reports.
Aux0 is system forced but not in the case of the log in. In the extreme an agent could log in several times a day and stay in Aux0 for long.

A solution could be putting the agent directly to ACW or better to AVAILABLE status.

How I can do that? A beter solution? becaming a maniac?

Thanks for the help

I would be also be interested to know if this was possible - currently we run reports on default aux time minus time aux_in and aux_out. It's not perfect all the time but gives a good indication how much time is wasted.
