There are a million short cuts on the web, but I make my own. I sit in front of a phone or PC, whichever is being used for programming and I write my own.
Put down every key stroke, including ENTER. List every prompt that will appear on the phone or PC, with an explanation of what each prompt means.
If the CCR tree must be enabled after programming do not write enable CCR tree. State that the CCR tree must be enabled and then go through each key stroke and prompt again. When you do this you will find that the manuals are very often CRA* (no surprise) and you will also be making a great cheat sheet for yourself for those functions you hardly ever use.
